‘MUTE’ is my final project for Graduation Project part 1 which is dedicated for the Indian immigrants who are working in harsh labor conditions to create the picture perfect world of Dubai. Behind the glitz and glamour of the Burj Khalifa, The Palms and the police car Lamborghinis, there is a dark secret looming behind Dubai's façade.
THE BOND OF WABI SABI
'The Bond Of Wabi Sabi' is based on how often current couples in Malaysia practice the Japanese philosophy of Wabi-Sabi i.e. the art of accepting and loving one another despite their flaws and imperfections. No human is perfect. So why must your current or future partner be? This project showcases the responses of real couple dynamics and how much they practice Wabi-Sabi in order to reach acceptance and contentment in their relationship.
